After the installation is complete, a popup for Extension Settings will appear. Keep it open, as we’ll be returning to it shortly.

Step Three
In a separate tab, navigate to Zoho Analytics and select ‘Settings’.

Step Four
In the Settings menu, navigate to the ‘Variables’ tab. Next, click on the ‘Create New Variable’ button. Enter the variable name as ‘recordAnalyticsRecordId’ and then click the ‘Create’ button to save.
Should you require further assistance or clarification, feel free to contact me.

Open the report you wish to display on either the Account or Contact record. Click the ‘Share’ button, and then select ‘URL/Permalink’ from the dropdown menu.
Step Five
In the Embed/Publish URL Configuration Settings, ensure that you set the Access Permissions to ‘Access with Login.’ Expand the Specify URL Criteria section, and under the Columns tab, locate and click on ‘Id’ for either ‘Accounts’ or ‘Contacts.’

Step Six
After “Accounts”.”Id”, add an equals sign ‘=’. Then, navigate to the Variables Tab and select the newly created ‘recordAnalyticsRecordId’ variable. You can now click the ‘copy’ button to copy the generated URL for accessing this report.

Step Seven
Next, return to the Extension Settings Page we previously opened in the other tab. Paste the copied URL into the variable value section for the ‘Account’ or ‘Contact’ Record, and click ‘Save.’
Step Eight

The configuration is now complete! To view the filtered report, open an Account or Contact record and check the Record Analytics related list – it will load seamlessly.

If you can’t find the Record Analytics Related list, go to the Related List Preferences and make sure it is in the ‘Selected List’ to ensure it appears.
