Installation Steps

Step One

Go to the marketplace and install the AWS S3 File Uploader for Zoho CRM. You will see a page like this:
Just agree to the terms of service and authorize the extension to process the required data.

Step 2: Enter Your AWS Credentials

After clicking Install, you will see a screen like the one below with several input fields.

These fields are required to connect your Zoho CRM account with your AWS S3 storage.
Please enter the following details:

  • AccessKey – Your AWS access key

  • SecretKey – Your AWS secret access key

  • Bucket_Name – The name of your S3 bucket

  • AWS_Region – The AWS region your bucket is located in (e.g., ap-south-1)

  • Basic_Url – The base URL of your S3 bucket (e.g., https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com)

  • Service_Name – This is usually s3

Once you have filled in all the fields, click the Save button to complete the setup.

After installation, the AWS S3 File Uploader section will appear under the related list inside the record.

Step Three

  • After Installation

    1. Go to Settings > Extensions > AWS S3 File Uploader.

    2. Enter your AWS credentials (AccessKey, SecretKey, Bucket Name, etc.) if not already configured.

    3. Click Save to complete the integration setup.

    4. Navigate to a module (e.g., Deals, Contacts, or Leads) in Zoho CRM.

    5. Click on More Actions (three dots) > Related List.

    6. Enable AWS S3 Files to display uploaded documents.


     

  • How to Use

    Upload Files to AWS S3
    1. Open any record in a supported module (e.g., Leads, Deals, or Contacts).

    2. Scroll to the AWS S3 Files related list section.

    3. Click Upload File, choose the file you want to upload, and it will be directly stored in your configured AWS S3 bucket.

  • View AWS S3 Files in Zoho CRM

    1. Open a CRM record where AWS S3 File Uploader is enabled.

    2. Go to the AWS S3 Files related list.

    3. Click on any file to preview or download it directly from your AWS S3 bucket.


     

  • Delete Files from AWS S3

    1. Open a CRM record and go to the AWS S3 Files section.

    2. Select the file you wish to delete.

    3. Click Delete, and the file will be removed from both Zoho CRM and your AWS S3 storage.
