1. Overview

The Price Book with Products Export for Zoho CRM extension allows you to export complete Price Book details along with all associated Products in a single CSV file.
This eliminates the need for manual export of Price Books and Products separately, saving time and effort.

2. Installation

1. Go to the Zoho Marketplace.

2. Search for “Price Book with Products Export for Zoho CRM”.

3. Click Install and select the Zoho CRM account where you want to use the extension.

4. Review and accept the Terms of Service.

5. Authorize the extension to access Price Books and Products data.

3. Accessing the Extension

After installation, the extension integrates directly with the Price Book module in Zoho CRM.

• Open any Price Book record.

• The extension automatically triggers the CSV download for that Price Book along with its associated Products.

• No buttons or additional clicks are required.

4. Export Features

The CSV file generated by the extension contains the following details:

Price Book Details:

• Price Book Name

• Description

• Currency

Product Details (Associated with the Price Book):

• Product Name

• Product Code

• Unit Price

• List Price

Notes:

• If a Price Book has no associated Products, the CSV will still contain the Price Book details.

• The extension supports Price Books with thousands of Products efficiently.

5. Using the Extension

1. Open the Price Book record in Zoho CRM.

2. A “Product CSV Download ” button is shown.

• • • When you click this button, your data will be fetched, and the CSV download will start .

    • Once the download is complete, the extension automatically closes itself.
