Installation Steps
Step One
Go to the marketplace and install the Twilio SMS – WhatsApp Integration for Zoho CRM. You will see a page like this:
Just agree to the terms of service and authorize the extension to process the required data
Step Two
After clicking on “Install”, you will be redirected to a screen where the following variables will be visible:
Please enter your Twilio Auth Token, Account SID, and Phone Number in the respective fields.
After installation, a “Send Message” button will appear in the Lead, Account, Contact, and Deal modules.
You can find this button inside each record view.
Step Three
After installation, go to any of the supported modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals.
You will see a “Send Message” button inside each record.
How to Use
Send SMS or WhatsApp Messages
Open any record in the Leads, Deals, Contacts, or Accounts module.
Click on the “Send Message” button.
A widget will open with two tabs: SMS and WhatsApp.
Select the desired tab and compose your message.
Click Send to deliver your message instantly via the selected channel.

Use the “Send Message” Button in List View
The “Send Message” button is available in the List View of the Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules.
You can select one or more records from the list.
Click the “Send Message” button to open the WhatsApp messaging widget.
How to Use
Navigate to the List View of any supported module (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals).
Select one or multiple records.
Click on the “Send Message” button in the top menu.
The widget will open with the WhatsApp tab active.
Type your message and click Send to send it via WhatsApp to the selected records.
This feature helps you quickly send WhatsApp messages to one or many CRM records directly from the List View.
