Installation Steps

Step One

  • Open the installed “Mailchimp Extension for Zoho CRM”, you will get two options-
  • I have agreed to the terms of the services
  • I authorize Mailchimp Extension for Zoho CRM to access and process my data as required.
Then click on “Continue.”

Step Two

Next, you need to “Choose Users/Profiles.”

Select the appropriate option out of these three-

Then hit “Confirm.”

Please make sure to add the domain name and API key of the Mailchimp account.

After successfully entering your domain name and API key, the main Mailchimp dashboard will appear in your Zoho CRM WebTab.

Step Four

Create a Webhook for Synchronization

To sync data between Mailchimp and Zoho CRM, you need to:

  1. Create a Webhook within the extension to ensure data is synchronized properly.
  2. Select the appropriate synchronization options from the dropdown, specifying where you want the Mailchimp data to appear within Zoho CRM.

Once this process is complete, the synchronized data will be visible in your Zoho CRM , providing seamless integration between the two platforms.

Sync Data — Available Sync Options

Navigate to Sync Data in the left sidebar to access all sync features.

 

[FULL AUDIENCE] 

Sync Subscribers

Pushes all subscribers from the selected Mailchimp audience into Zoho CRM as Leads or Contacts. Duplicate emails are automatically skipped. Select your audience from the dropdown and click Sync Subscribers.

 

[TARGETED] 

Sync Segment → Zoho

Syncs only a specific saved segment — ideal for targeted imports like “High Value Customers” or “Recent Signups.” Select your audience and saved segment, then click Sync Segment.

 

[REPORTS] 

Campaign Reports → Zoho

Creates or updates Campaign records in Zoho CRM with Mailchimp campaign data. Matched by Campaign ID — no duplicates. Use Full Sync (All) to do a complete historical sync of all campaigns.

 

Sync History: All sync activity is logged in the Sync History panel at the bottom of the Sync Data page. Use the Clear button to reset logs. If no syncs have been run yet, the panel will show “No sync history.”
